Here at
GiGi Salon & Spa, we value our guest dearly and pride ourselves in providing the best services and meeting all your expectations. Our trained creative staff uses only AVEDA products and colors.  Should the outcome be unfavorable or if you have an allergic reaction; please contact us within one (1) week to appropriately correct the problem. We would be more than happy to correct (redo) any colors / perm that was not to your satisfaction. Sorry, no cash or credit refund after services have been rendered.

Product Return Policy
For any inconvenience you have experienced with our
AVEDA product line, we will gladly replace any unused product with another bought from our salon within 5 days of the purchased date. Please have a receipt & photo ID available upon your return. Sorry, no cash refund or credit.

Check Policy
Unfortunately,
GiGi Salon & Spa no longer accepts personal checks. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We gladly accept all major credit cards and debit card.

Cancellation Policy
All of our massages, facials, spa packages & wedding services require a credit card to hold. We request 48 hours notification for individuals and five (5) days notice for group cancellations or we reserve the right to charge 75% of the service total.
