Return
Product purchased with receipt can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase date. GiGi salon reserves the right to refuse any un-sellable returns.

Payment
With multiple services and group bookings we do require pre-paid deposit for 50% of all services booked. We hold the deposit in your GiGi account, which will be reimbursed to the purchaser if cancellation is within the cancellation period. Please notify your wedding coordinator in advance if there are any special payment arrangements.

Cancellations Policy
We request 48 hrs. notification for individual and 5 days notice for group cancellations and/or we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total services price.
